Maple fondue

Ingredients

• 250 ml (1 cup) maple syrup
• 250 ml (1 cup) cream (35%)
• 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cornstarch

Preparation

• Dilute the cornstarch with a little cold water.
• Mix all ingredients.
• Cook over low heat until mixture is homogeneous.
