Hot chocolate coulis
180 ml (3/4 cup) cream (35%).
180 g (6 oz.) semi-sweetened chocolate, finely chopped
30 ml (2 tbsp.) soft butter
In a small saucepan, heat the cream until small bubbles form on the surface.
Remove pan from heat.
Add the chocolate and stir until it melts.
Stir in the butter.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until mixture has slightly thickened (stir once).
