    Preparation

    • Mash 2 Swiss Rolls with a fork.
    • Place mashed cake in the bottom a small glass.
    • Moisten contents with chilled espresso coffee.
    • Cover with mascarpone cream.
    • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
    • Sprinkle with cocoa when ready to serve.
  • Jelly Logs Canapés

    Preparation

    • Cut Jelly Logs into slices approximately 2 cm thick (gives 4 slices per log).
    • Place slices on a plate.
    • Cover each canapé with a dash of whipped cream, diced strawberries and a mint leaf.

    • Serve with a cup of maple syrup into which you can dip your canapés.
